We appreciate your order! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item subject to our policy below.

✅ Return Rules Returns must be posted within 30 calendar days of purchase. Items must remain in original, undamaged condition.

📦 Return Steps Contact customer service first to request a return address. Repack the item securely in original packaging and include your purchase receipt.

Return shipping is free only for eligible cases. If the return is not our fault, return shipping cost will be taken out of your refund.

❌ Order Cancellation Orders are processed in 1–3 days. Cancellations are only accepted before shipment. After dispatch, orders cannot be canceled, even if the website still shows the cancel button.

💰 Refund Process We will inspect your returned item upon arrival and then process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 30 days for our internal processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card. An email alert will be sent once complete.

ℹ️ Note You cover return shipping fees for personal-reason returns, based on your courier’s rate. We bear return shipping costs if items are damaged or incorrect on our end.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items Perishables, intimates, gift cards, custom & digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.
